"We reached out to Master's Touch to get a quote and we received a response very quickly. We wanted to get our sofa set and two rugs cleaned. We have two dogs and board dogs so you can only imagine what our rugs (8x11 and 5x7) and sofa set looked like! Quote was very reasonable. We made an appointment and waited patiently.
